Confidential by design, not by promise.

Honest feedback depends on trust. In Maraya 360, anonymity is enforced in the system itself, and the controls were independently audited.

Independently audited, July 2026

What protects every answer

  • Peer and direct report answers appear only as groups, never one by one.

  • Groups too small to protect anonymity are merged automatically.

  • Each client organization is isolated from every other.

  • Raters answer through a private link, with no account to create.

  • Every administrative action is recorded in a tamper resistant audit log.

The merge rule

A rater group needs at least three responses to appear on its own. A smaller group is merged into Others automatically, inside the calculation itself and not only in the way the report is drawn. Managers are shown by role, because their role already identifies them.

Verified, not assumed

Independent security audit

In July 2026 an independent audit tested the controls against a running copy of the database, not only by reading the code.

More than 300 automated tests

Automated tests check scoring, anonymity and access rules, including tests that run against a real database.

Separate data for every client

Each organization sees only its own projects, people and results.
